Yes! Aasia B offers customization on select stitched and embroidered pieces. Please contact our customer support with your design preferences and measurements before placing your order.
Domestic orders within Pakistan usually arrive within 3–5 business days, while international orders may take 7–15 business days depending on customs and destination. Remote areas may require additional time.
Customized, altered, or embroidered items are not eligible for return or exchange. Standard stitched or unstitched items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, following our official Return & Exchange Policy.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order directly on our courier partner’s website. For any issues, our support team is always ready to assist.
