All original packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact. Customized, altered, or discounted clothing items are not eligible for return or exchange. Exchanges will only be processed if the requested size, color, or design is available in stock. If the desired stitched or unstitched item is not available, customers will be offered store credit to use on a future purchase.
Refunds are processed in the form of store credit only, which can be redeemed on subsequent orders. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred while sending the item back for return or exchange. In cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Aasia B will cover the return shipping charges.
